When you turn on your faucet what does it mean when your whole house starts making earthquake, rumble sounds? And what can I do about it?
What it means is that you need to check your faucet washers or stems. Sprinkler valves can create this noise in the system.
If multiple fixtures are leaking what is the problem and how can it be fixed?
This can be fixed by having a pressure regulator. You should not have pressure over 80 pound PSI.
How can you tell the difference between a simple drain (bath, toilet, sink) stoppage from a sewer stoppage?
Main sewer stoppages involve multiple fixtures backing gup and flooding tubes; unlike showers or toilets.
What can you do when your garbage disposal is in a jam?
you can fix this on your own by pressing the restart button located under the disposal typically in the sink cabinet, with the disposal off and no longer running. Make sure to reset it with a large amount of water.
What does it mean when your sprinkler has water semi-spraying out but mainly leaking out of the sprinkler head?
The control valve may need rebuilding or replacement.
Why is it important to have routine sewer cleaning?
Routine cleaning and flushing of the systems can avoid emergency stoppages and protect the system overtime.
Why does it take long for my water to go from cold to hot?
To get hot water to every bathroom quickly there needs to be a hot return piping system with a circulating pump.
